Where to start. I grew up all over the place (life of a Navy brat!) and now I live in Texas with my husband of 11 years and our 2 children, as well as several furry pets.

I've been doing 3D art for about 3 or 4 years now. I first started out just doing 2D signatures for friends in the game of EverQuest using in game screenshots. Then I ran across a forum full of artist who introduced me into the wonderful world of Poser.

I have no formal education in 3D art or graphics. Everything was self taught through trial and error. Although I've been using Poser for a few years now, I still learn something new everday it seems. One day though, I'd really like to get back in school and go for a degree in Graphics and Animation.

Some may question why my site is called Nianya's Designs... well that goes back to when I first started doing signatures and magelos. Back in those days of playing EverQuest, I played a druid named.. you guessed it...Nianya! Those druid days are long gone now and sadly my website is stuck with the name. Who knows. Maybe one day I will change my domain name.

I currently only play EverQuest as a Rogue named Merlu and a member of the best guild ever... Triality. :D I tried playing EQ2 when it came out, but it just wasn't for me. Same as WoW, tried that for about a week and went back to my orginal game EQ.
